Zachary Smith

Zachary Smith was raised on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in Covington, Louisiana, and has been practicing law since 2016.

Zach attended Louisiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Sociology, Political Science, History, and Leadership in 2012. He graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2016, where he was an active member of the Loyola Student Bar Association. During Zach’s last year at Loyola, he worked with the Loyola Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic to create the Entrepreneurship Project, an organization where students interested in transactional work help local start-ups organize their legal entities, develop contracts, and prepare for outside financing.

Zach’s legal practice includes a broad range of areas, including personal injury, premises liability, first party property claims, class and collective action litigation, employment law, FLSA defense, mass tort, as well as general business advice. Prior to joining the firm, Zach was a partner with a regional law firm where he gained valuable litigation and trial experience.
