Mr. Worsley has a wide-ranging practice area that includes personal injury claims, including auto accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, workplace injuries, and premises liability, as well as employment disputes, construction defects and business litigation matters.  He has handled cases involving injunctions for non-compete and non-solicitation agreements in employment disputes, claims for uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage from business auto policies, and complex construction disputes between multiple business entities.  He has represented small business owners, general contractors, and insurance companies.  He has obtained favorable rulings and successfully argued motions in state and federal courts in Louisiana.

Mr. Worsley is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.

Education

Mr. Worsley attended the University of Georgia at Athens, and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2010.  He graduated cum laude from Loyola University College of Law in 2014, and was a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar and member of the Maritime Law Journal.
