William Worsley was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has been practicing law since 2014. Mr. Worsley attended the University of Georgia at Athens, and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2010. He graduated cum laude from Loyola University College of Law in 2014, and was a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar and member of the Maritime Law Journal.
