Tucker T. Bohren
Associate
Tucker T. Bohren was born in St. Augustine, Florida and spent his childhood in Colorado and Wyoming before moving to New Orleans, Louisiana.
Tucker is licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana; the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He joined the New Orleans office in 2016 as an associate in the litigation section.
Tucker’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and insurance defense. Specifically, Tucker defends insurers and insureds in cases involving bad faith allegations; insurance coverage disputes; first-party fire claims; construction defect claims; and personal injury claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries.
Tucker has assisted in defending multiple personal injury cases through trial, all of which resulted in defense verdicts of zero liability in favor of insureds.
In addition to litigation, Tucker advises growing businesses regarding a variety of contractual issues.
Tucker attended Benjamin Franklin High School before earning his B.A. in International Studies from Louisiana State University. During college, Tucker spent a semester abroad in Sao Paulo, Brazil, teaching attorneys English and attending law related classes that were taught in Portuguese.
In 2016, Tucker earned his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. While attending law school, Tucker competed in Moot Court, was a two time semi-finalist in the intra-school trial advocacy competition, served on the Trial Advocacy Board, and was awarded for his dedication to public service.
Tucker is on the Environmental and Sustainability Group of the Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans. He is also on the Friends of City Park Membership Committee.
