Kimberly A. Fojtik

Kimberly grew up as the daughter of an Army Colonel which led to her never living anywhere long. She has lived around the world including in Japan and Germany but, found her roots in Texas when she attended school at Texas A&M University.
Kimberly attended South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, Kimberly competed on the prestigious South Texas College of Law’s Varsity Moot Court Team. She won Best Brief for the TYLA State Moot Court Competition and was a National Qualifier for the National Moot Court Competition. She also competed in South Texas College of Law’s Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy program. While in law school she interned for the Honorable David Hittner in the Southern District of Texas. She was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Beau Miller in the Harris County 190th Civil District Court. She is also a certified mediator.
Kimberly graduated law school in 2020 and is licensed in the State of Texas.
