- Crabtree v. Vockroth, 827 So.2d 525 (La.App.5th Cir.9/20/02) (answering question of first impression regarding life of medical review panel in a medical malpractice case under Louisiana law);
- In re Medical Review Panel Claim of Scott (La.App. 4 Cir. 12/14/16) (regarding prescriptive period applicable to psychiatric patient’s claim for sexual battery against a mental hospital);
- Ambraco v. Bossclip, B.V., 570 F.3d 233 (5th Cir.2009) (maritime case addressing proper application of Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 13(g).
- Trial of approximately five cases, in state and federal courts in Louisiana and Texas.
- Ongoing representation of healthcare providers in professional and general liability claims; representation of various companies in maritime and oil and gas litigation, catastrophic injury claims, and insurance defense litigation.
Jon attended the University of California at Berkeley, and received his J.D. at Regent University-Virginia. He also attended Tulane University-New Orleans, Louisiana where he received an L.L.M. in Energy and Environmental Law 2001.
