Jameson M. Taylor

Jameson M. Taylor is licensed to practice before all Louisiana state courts and is admitted to practice in the following federal courts: United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
Jameson has experience handling a variety of complex first and third party insurance coverage disputes, including claims for indemnity/additional insured status, long-term toxic exposure, automobile permissive use, construction defect, first party property, and foreign claims involving litigation of the terrorism exclusion. Jameson’s practice also involves defense of casualty claims, defending clients in premises liability, products liability, auto accident, and other general personal injury and property damage litigation.
Jameson attended Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert School of Law where he received his J.D./D.C.L. in 2009. Prior to law school, Jameson attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 2004.
Jameson was born and raised in New Orleans. Jameson is a member of the Defense Research Institute and Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He currently lives in New Orleans with his wife Natalie and two sons, James and Ethan.
