Charlotte practices Civil Litigation, Insurance defense, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Trucking Litigation, Appellate.
Originally from Austin, Charlotte has made Houston her home for the past decade. She is admitted to practice in all Texas state and federal district courts, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In her fifteen years of practice, Charlotte has historically focused on the defense of personal injury and wrongful death actions arising from onshore and offshore accidents in the energy and transportation industries, as well as the prosecution and defense of significant oil and gas commercial disputes. As a result of her attention to detail and her foresight, Charlotte has gravitated toward appellate work and is frequently called upon to act as in-trial appellate counsel, as well as post-judgment appellate counsel.
Charlotte earned her J.D., cum laude, from St. Mary’s University, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the John M. Harlan Society.
