Alex A. Lauricella

Alex Lauricella was born and raised in Harahan, Louisiana. Alex attended John Curtis Christian School where he graduated as class valedictorian. Alex then attended Tulane University on a full athletic scholarship and earned a degree in political science. He graduated cum laude from Loyola University College of Law in 2017 and was an active member of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and the Loyola Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic. During his time at Loyola, Alex achieved the highest academic performance in Property Law II and Professionalism and Ethics.
Alex’s practice is litigation based. He began his legal career representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases and he brings that unique perspective to his current defense practice. Alex has defended insurers in hundreds of first-party property damage claims arising out of Hurricanes Laura, Delta, and Ida. His practice also includes personal injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, workplace injuries, and premises liability. Alex also counsels athletes, coaches, and trainers in a broad range of areas including college recruiting, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreements, and sports litigation.

Out of the office, Alex enjoys playing golf, fishing, and rooting for the Saints and Tulane Green Wave. Alex serves on the board of MVP Community Outreach, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides coaching and mentorship to young men in the New Orleans area.
